Die Ästhetik der Black Dragon, ähnlich wie schottischer Whisky, ist ein warmer Schluck zeitloser Eleganz. Eine einzigartige Silhouette, begleitet von einer klassischen Farbpalette: Schwarz, Chrom und Gold.

Der Tank des Motorrads wurde schwarz lackiert und mit einem großen Chromtropfen verziert. Beide Farben sind durch eine Linie aus Blattgold getrennt. Sowohl die Verkleidung als auch die Schutzbleche folgen der gleichen schwarzen Ästhetik mit goldenen Details.

In Black Dragon, every nuance has been carefully considered. The intense black symbolizes a passion for speed, while the metallic silver evokes the elegance of classic motorcycles. Both colors come together in harmony through a golden line in gold leaf, a touch of luxury in every detail. Gold leaf is a hand-applied technique that involves applying extremely thin sheets of gold to various materials, usually for decorative purposes.

Besondere Erwähnung verdient die Elektronik dieses Projekts, die komplett neu aufgebaut wurde, wobei besonderes Augenmerk auf die Verarbeitung gelegt wurde. Ein Finish der Extraklasse, das durch die hohe Funktionalität der verbauten Motogadget-Komponenten noch unterstrichen wird. Hervorzuheben ist auch der neue digitale Tacho, der in die Gabelbrücke eingelassen ist.

Das Gehirn des Motorrads wird durch das modernste Steuergerät auf dem Markt repräsentiert, das auch von Blinkern vorne und hinten begleitet wird. Dank des hohen technologischen Niveaus dieses Motorrads ist es möglich, seinen Zustand in Echtzeit zu überwachen, und zwar mit einer App, die auf dem Smartphone installiert werden kann.

In this project, a sporty aesthetic has been a priority in the creation process. This can be seen in the red thread that adorns the seat upholstery; it's a distinctive feature that highlights the sporty essence.

Although this time the seat does not extend onto the tank, we have incorporated a strip of upholstery with a perforated metal strip. This enhances the 'aggressive' aesthetics at the heart of the classic style. We maintain the essence with a touch of boldness.

Auspuffanlagen

Exklusiver Sound

Für das Black Dragon Projekt wurde ein exklusives, handgefertigtes Auspuffsystem entwickelt. Es handelt sich um ein einzigartiges Stück, das wir bisher nur an einem anderen unserer Flaggschiff-Motorräder verbaut haben. Kurze, untenliegende Auspuffanlagen, die den Stator-Deckel umgeben und gleichzeitig die ästhetische Rolle dieses Bauteils hervorheben.

Regarding the work done on the exhausts of project 160, it is a unique piece in the world, previously used in our Emerald project, and which Christopher, the owner of Black Dragon, fell in love with from the beginning.

This has been one of the most complex pieces to create, due to its importance in the proper functioning of the motorcycle. This exhaust has been handcrafted by welding ring after ring of metal, and it has been certified by an engineer to ensure its safety.

Gyroskopischer LED-Scheinwerfer

Innovative Beleuchtung

Der adaptive gyroskopische LED-Scheinwerfer ermöglicht es, die Straße großzügig auszuleuchten und lässt dich auch in Kurven nicht im Dunkeln stehen. Es handelt sich nämlich um einen Scheinwerfer, der seine Lichter anpasst, um der Lenkerbewegung zu folgen, was für mehr Sicherheit sorgt. Zusätzlich ist im Scheinwerfer ein LED-Ring sichtbar, der dieser Beleuchtung eine exklusive Note verleiht und zweifellos zur eleganten Gesamtästhetik beiträgt.

Unter den exklusiv für das Projekt 160 geschaffenen Teilen nimmt die maßgefertigte Verkleidung eine wichtige Rolle ein, da sie eines jener unverzichtbaren Teile ist, um einen einzigartigen Cafe Racer-Stil zu verstärken. Dieses Teil wurde von Grund auf handgefertigt und sein Inneres wurde sorgfältig bearbeitet, um ein präziseres visuelles Finish zu erzielen.

The fairing is one of the visual stars of our project. We have adapted the fairing to be the centerpiece of an authentic Café Racer, completely transforming the silhouette of the motorcycle.

The fairing not only fits perfectly into the project, but we have also handcrafted an interior support to integrate it. Every element counts in our pursuit of perfection.

Verchromungen

Ein verführerischer Glanz

In diesem Projekt wurde ein Verchromungsverfahren an allen Metallteilen des Motorrads durchgeführt. Es handelt sich um einen chemischen Prozess, der die Teile unserer Motorräder spiegelblank macht. Das Verchromen, Vernickeln oder Vermessingen eines Teils erfordert Hunderte von Stunden Handarbeit und Handwerkskunst.

Dieser Prozess unterscheidet uns und positioniert uns als Premium-Motorradmarke.

In our Black Dragon project, chrome and brass plating have played a major role. Hundreds of hours were spent chrome and brass plating everything from the exhaust to the motorcycle’s bolts.

Chroming, or the electrolysis process, is a chemical process that leaves the parts of our motorcycles shining like a mirror.

A custom gold trim has been added to the rim, a unique design fixed with screws and made by our team, as lenticular rims do not have this rim added.

Hinterer Monoshock-Dämpfer

The functioning of the monoshock is the same as in the case of the dual shock. Among its benefits, it provides the necessary efficiency with the work of a single shock absorber, in addition to easier access to the rear wheel.

This style of swingarm breaks with the traditional double-arm design and also facilitates the adjustment of the chain tension (if the chain is the torque-transmitting element). The aesthetic aspect is also enhanced with this modification.

In the case of Black Dragon, a floating single-seat has been chosen, meaning it is separated from the tank and placed on an iron plate specially created for it.

Scheibenrad

Grenzenlos

In Black Dragon wurde eine wertvolle Komponente integriert, das Scheibenrad. Dieses verhindert, dass Luft durch die Speichen eindringt, wodurch Turbulenzen reduziert werden und diese neue Aerodynamik die Stabilität während der Fahrt verbessert.

A custom gold trim has been added to the lenticular wheel, secured with screws. A unique design made by our team, as lenticular wheels do not typically have this added ring.

Additionally, a combination of chrome and brass finishes has been used, matching the rest of the metal parts of the motorcycle.

Vergaser

Leistungssteigerung

Ein neuer Vergaser wurde eingebaut, der mit Trichtern geliefert wird, die dazu dienen, die Leistung bei niedrigen Drehzahlen zu erhöhen. The rings you can see are a true work of art and really difficult to make because they have been welded one by one without any errors, as oil passes through them and there must be no leaks.

This new cooling system inside the frame is designed to eliminate the radiator, creating a circuit for the oil to pass through the frame.

For a more minimalist finish that follows the elegant aesthetic line, the Motoscope Mini speedometer has been embedded in the triple clamps.

For the rear lighting, brake lights have been embedded in the base plate of the seat, which function not only as brake lights but also as turn signals.

The modifications made to the motorcycle required reinforcement of the frame, so the project was taken to the lab to conduct the necessary tests and certify its strength.

The rear fender has been fabricated from fiberglass and features an aluminum bracket machined in brass.

At the rear of the bike, a gold chain stands out, complementing the other gold details in the bike's aesthetics.

The length of the motorcycle has been increased due to the extended swingarm, with a total added length of 15 cm (6 inches).

A chromed Hummer sump guard has been added to the bottom of the motorcycle for this project.
