The engine of the new Thruxton rs is a 1200cc twin-cylinder engine that delivers 105 hp and 112 Nm. This makes its performance agile and smooth, with a performance of 8hp more power than its predecessor. Another new feature of the Thruxton rs engine is the three riding modes: Road, Rain and Sport, which now have their own traction control settings.
One of the key features of the Triumph Thruxton rs is its ride quality, something that is combined with high performance suspension, Brembo front brakes and racing tires. This, together with a weight reduction of 6Kg, provides spectacular capabilities.
The Triumph Thruxton rs has a maximum length of 2105mm, the widest part is 745mm and a seat height of 810mm, something that can be modified by changing the wheel travel of the shock absorbing system.
