We aimed to showcase the full potential that Bobber style can offer, so the foundation for this new project had to be none other than a Bobber engine. It has a highly recognizable silhouette but is also very versatile for custom work, making it easier to adapt to the final result.

The design of this new project was heavily influenced by the color black, as we sought a motorcycle in that shade that exuded ruggedness and strength at first glance. Metallic accents were added to this primary color on some parts, which only served to further accentuate the black hue of the central block of the motorcycle.

One of the most relevant components of the project, which we had never done before on a Bobber, is the monocoque. The motorcycle frame had to be cut to adapt it to the placement of this component. The monocoque also plays the leading role in the motorcycle's silhouette and is therefore indispensable to complete the design of the 111 Titanium.

The chosen Öhlins Black Line inverted fork system for this project increases torsional rigidity and prevents twisting in the fork bridge. This reinforces the suspension, providing better performance and control of the motorcycle during violent or rapid braking.

Another challenge of this 111 project was the electronics. It was quite challenging to install a new Motogadget Pro speedometer with its control unit; all the electronics had to be changed and built from scratch. At times, this process became a bit of a torture, but once completed, it was well worth it.

The sound of this project is handled by an upper Zard exhaust, and this component had to be adapted to fit on a Bobber. A sound that comes with an improved aesthetic finish featuring heat-resistant black paint.

An exclusive piece created for Bobber motorcycles is the rear side cover placed over the rear wheel, serving as both a fender and an aesthetic enhancement. It's a spectacular piece that will be available for sale to all those fortunate enough to own a Bobber at home. In the version that will be available for sale, the sides can be customized as if it were a race number plate.

The adaptive gyroscopic LED headlight illuminates the road with great amplitude and will not abandon you even in curves, as it is a headlight that adapts its lights to accompany the movement of the handlebars, which provides greater safety. The most avant-garde lighting system on the market.

The projects are tailor-made for each of our customers and then approved by engineers to comply with the basic standards that allow passing the vehicle inspections/MOT tests.

After finishing the transformation of the motorcycle, if the transformation requires it, our engineers carry out the homologation of a technical project by which the motorcycle is allowed to circulate freely with the modifications made.
