Triumph Thruxton 1200 R is one of the crown jewels of the modern classics Triumph range. A more powerful, more equipped and with better fittings bike that has ended up as a reference for the contemporary motorcycling world. The “TTR”, as it is known among the enthusiastics, is bound to satisfy any requirement that every classic bikes fan is putting on the table.

Triumph Thruxton 1200 R Specs

Features: An A Driving License is required to ride it. It was firstly manufactured in 2017 and imported by Triumph Spain.

Engine: Four stroke twin-cylinder, air-cooled with a capacity of exactly 1200T. It has an engine power of 97 HP (120 HP with some parts) with EURO4 emission standards.

Suspension system: In the front we can find Showa Big Piston upside down telescopic forks, a wheel travel of 120 mm and the diameter tube is 43 mm.

At the rear we have two shock absorbers with separate aluminium hydraulic tanks and the same wheel travel of 120 mm.

Brakes: It has an ABS and two 340 mm Brembo front discs with a diameter of 340 mm. The discs feature two Nassin ABS calipers per floating disc.

Sizes and range: The maximum length of the bike is 2.105 mm, the widest part is 745 mm and the height of the seat is 810 mm from the ground. This can be modified by changing the wheel travel of the shock absorbing system. The vehicle mass is 203 kg and the range is 4,8 liters every 100 km.
