Obras como a Emerald surgem de uma ideia e, através de um processo 100% artesanal, tornam-se realidade, com um resultado que muitas vezes supera o imaginado pelo criador. Uma alta precisão na metodologia resulta em motos únicas, praticamente irrepetíveis e cujo design supera o imaginado ao tornar-se realidade.
Um processo artesanal
+650 horas de trabalho
Um resultado impressionante em que estiveram envolvidos cerca de 11 profissionais e mais de 650 horas de trabalho para alcançar esta autêntica joia da engenharia mecânica. Uma extensa lista de peças e componentes que foram criados do zero para este projeto. Desde o esboço no papel até à realidade.
Motor de carburador
Um motor emblemático
O coração da Emerald emite um som facilmente reconhecível, o motor clássico por excelência. Uma Bonneville de carburador antiga, reconhecida hoje em dia como uma máquina do tempo que nos transporta para épocas anteriores e que, atualmente, continua a ser uma referência no setor. Um motor aberto e totalmente restaurado para a ocasião que o torna na melhor versão de si mesmo.
The Bonneville 900 engine is probably the most iconic of all classic motorcycling in general. Its timeless identity has rightfully put it on the podium of the most famous motorcycles in history. Although it has evolved over the years, improving itself both in power and performance, as well as in aesthetics.

Do resultado que hoje se pode apreciar, tudo foi desenhado do zero. E entre isso, encontra-se um monoamortecedor traseiro, e inclusive a nova base sobre a qual assenta o assento. Isto aporta uma nova silhueta, muito distinta da oferecida pelo modelo original.

A custom golden trim has been added to the lenticular rim, fixed with screws. A unique design made by our team, since lenticular rims do not have this rim added. In addition, we have played with the combination of chrome and brass finishes, unifying with the rest of the metal parts of the bike.

Trabalho artesanal
A Emerald foi completada com a criação de um novo banco de couro feito à mão. Um trabalho artesanal que também inclui almofadas do mesmo material. Estas foram instaladas à face nas laterais do depósito, o que significa que foram feitos dois encaixes no local onde iriam ser colocadas para as encaixar e igualar ambas as superfícies.
In the case of Emerald, a floating single-seater seat was chosen, i.e., it is separated from the tank and located on a specially created iron plate.
When projects are taken to a classic style, chrome plating is usually the order of the day, although not always the same parts are chromed. In Ongaku's case, almost all the metal parts of the bike, including the chassis, have been chrome plated.

Sistema de controlo de temperatura
Nada ficou intocado, na Emerald foi criado um novo sistema de refrigeração, desta forma o arrefecimento do óleo é feito através do chassis, o que diminui a temperatura.
This new cooling system inside the chassis is made to eliminate the radiator, in this way has been made a circuit for the oil to pass through the chassis. The rings that can be seen, are a work of art and really difficult because they have been welded one by one without failures, since the oil passes through there and should not have any leakage.

Exclusivo para Emerald
Quanto ao trabalho realizado nos escapes do projeto 129, trata-se de uma peça única no mundo que foi desenhada e fabricada exclusivamente para esta moto. Foram criados escapes curtos por baixo que envolvem a tampa do estator, potenciando também o papel estético desta peça.
This has been one of the most complex parts to create, because of its importance in the proper functioning of the bike and because it has never been done before. This exhaust has been manufactured by welding ring after ring of metal, in a handmade way and going through an engineer who could certify its safety.
Cromados
Um brilho sedutor
Tal como qualquer joia valiosa, o brilho da Emerald é garantido pelo cromado de todas as peças metálicas da motocicleta. Trata-se de um processo químico que deixa as peças das nossas motocicletas brilhantes como um espelho. Cromar, niquelar ou latonar uma peça requer centenas de horas de trabalho manual e artesanal.
Este processo diferencia-nos e posiciona-nos como uma marca de motos premium.
If you look at the aesthetics of the bike, you can see that the chrome and brass finishes of the metal parts have a lot of weight on the design of the bike. This complex technique has been used to give that distinguished and elegant point. A combination of finishes with a spectacular result.
Guiador Board Track Duplo
Estilo Clássico
O novo guiador feito para o projeto Emerald, contorna o farol por cima e por baixo com um estilo clássico, marcado também pelas barras que foram adaptadas para funcionar como grelha de farol.
Despite its classic aesthetics, Emerald has been equipped with state-of-the-art components such as its LED headlight, the rim of which has been brass-plated. Also visible in the image is the headlight grid that has been created by joining the two handlebar bars.
For a more minimalist finish that follows the elegant line of the aesthetics, the Motoscope Mini speedometer has been inserted into the triple trees.

Carburador Keihin
Aumento de Potência
Foi incluído o Carburador Keihin FCR39, que vem com trombetas que servem para aumentar a potência em baixas rotações. Além disso, na imagem também se podem ver os filtros K&N colocados para ajudar no arrefecimento do motor.

More details of the project
The rear fender is made of fiberglass with an aluminum bracket that has been machined from brass.
For rear lighting, LED strips have been embedded in the seat base plate, which not only function as brake lights, but also as turn signals.
On the tank you can see that the suede trims have been flushed to match the surface. In this way, they are integrated into the tank itself.
The bike's battery has been relocated and placed in a metal box created for the occasion, the simplification of the electronics has helped to make it look better integrated with the aesthetics.
Also included in the project are the Kustom Tech levers, in the Deluxe version, made to measure and in aluminum. This component brings a retro style with its compact size and smooth lever.
In Emerald has been taken care of every detail, including the screws that have been brass plated to continue the aesthetics of the bike.
At the rear of the bike, also highlights a golden chain, which accompanies the rest of the details in gold aesthetics of the bike.
The length of the bike has been increased thanks to the extension of the swingarm, with a total added length of 15 cm/6 in.
The modifications made to the bike required the chassis to be reinforced, so the project was taken to the laboratory to carry out the relevant tests and prove its resistance.
