Tailor-made comfort

The history of project number #63 comes from León, Spain. In this case, the motorcycle that would serve as the basis for the transformation came to us with a clear objective. We had to make a motorcycle in which the comfort was much more remarkable, since it was the main problem that the owner had when riding the motorcycle. The client contacted us since he had his motorcycle stopped for 2 years because it was uncomfortable to use. So he put his Triumph in the hands of the Tamarit team and decided to become the owner of the project #63.

Brat Style, for an everyday use

With the main objective of providing comfort to the bike, we started from the base of an injection Triumph Thruxton that would become the next member of the Tamarit workshop. About the style, we could classify it within the Brat Style, although in our projects we tend to borrow from different styles in order to make a transformation as complete as possible.

Le Mans seat

When we knew that the next motorcycle to enter the workshop would be an injection Thruxton, we did not hesitate to take the opportunity to introduce the new “Le Mans” seat on it, this being one of the most important parts in this transformation and what we were most excited about being able to premiere. This part results in a super narrow seat that falls just above the chassis and is just long enough to fit.

Final touches

Speaking of the rest of the pieces that are part of this project we find: the well-known Ruby covers, our eliminator kit, chain cover, sump guard, new tires, motogadget indicators, engine control unit, among others. The “Boludos” exhausts were also adapted and looking for maximum comfort, the handlebar was put straight and upwards, in this case we opted for a biltwell tracker handlebar.

This is one of those cases in which we have not even gotten to know the owner of the motorcycle in person, but we appreciate that he placed his complete trust in us and decided to undertake the customization of the motorcycle known as The Captain.

Design inspired by the Marvel saga

The details about the paint on the #63 bike are also worthy of mention as we thought it would be a more sober job with more typical colors, but nothing could be further from the truth. The owner of the motorcycle "The Captain" is a fan of the Marvel saga and as the name of the motorcycle indicates, this project is a small tribute to the well-known Captain America. Without a doubt, a fun subject to work on and difficult to put into practice as we wanted it to be possible to recognize but without compromising the esthetics of the bike.
