Triumph Speed Twin

Walking tall

Are you ready? Experience high performance on two wheels, take control of a Triumph Speed Twin, the bike that surpasses itself at the top of the neoclassical motorcycling range. Taking performance, style and comfort to the very pinnacle of their capabilities, these bikes have become legendary creations in this niche.

History of Speed Twin

Evolution in all its aspects

The first Triumph Speed Twin was designed by none other than motorcycle engineer and designer Edward Turner. Launched in September 1937 and produced in large quantities, this 500 cc engine motorcycle was the inspiration for all twin-cylinder engines of the Triumph Engineering Co. Ltd. until 1983.

These early Speed Twin were Triumph's first attempt to incorporate rear suspension, as well as a proprietary damping system.

His ambitious spirit led him to meet the American demand for long-distance racing motorcycles, for which Turner built a 650cc version of the Speed Twin design, dubbed the “Thunderbird”.

Whatever their performance, the Speed Twin has always been a unique piece of equipment that gives you the chance to ride an exclusive motorcycle from its very beginnings to the present day. Their above-average rating is justified by their powerful sporty performance, enviable comfort and attractive details that bring a small but mighty bike to life.
