An unmistakable Cafe Racer silhouette, but enhanced with all the performance power of a Thruxton 1200 R. A powerful engine guarantees that speed and power will be key players in the project. A bombshell in aesthetics and performance.

When it came to designing the bike, everything was modified, even swapping the fuel tank for that of a Speed Twin. All to create a one-of-a-kind motorcycle in the world. As for the paint, the bike boasts a black color that complements the chrome-plating of the metal parts, making it a Racer that is also elegant.

One of the most remarkable components of the project is the hydraulic monocoque that we only include in our most special motorcycles. It is a unique custom-made part that rises when activated by a remote control, an aesthetic feature that is enhanced by the integration of the rear lights into the monocoque itself.

In this part of the motorcycle, we also find a single-seat made of nautical material inserted into the monocoque, so that it is fully integrated into its shape. This creates a sense of continuity that further emphasizes the silhouette of the bike. To achieve this, the chassis has also been modified to create the flat section that supports the monocoque.

Among the pieces created exclusively for Project 110, the custom-made front fairing takes center stage for being one of those fundamental pieces that give it that Cafe Racer style. This piece has been handmade from scratch and its interior has been completely lined for a more refined visual finish.

In 110 Missile, two front lights have been installed, one circular and one flat, both integrated into the front fairing. The circular light is an LED light with low and high beam functions, perfect for its performance during driving. On the other hand, the flat light serves a purely aesthetic purpose and is not functional during motorcycle use.

Something that our expertise allows us to do and that we have implemented in this motorcycle is the extension of the swingarm to enhance the bike's aesthetics and provide better stability by increasing the distance between the axles. In this case, we have chosen to install the swingarm from a Scrambler 1200 XE as it is much sturdier and stronger than that of the Thruxton 1200R. As a result, the motorcycle gains an additional length of 25-30 cm. With this change, a significant reduction in the weight of the motorcycle has also been achieved.

At the rear of the motorcycle, you can see the mono-shock absorber. This new component from the Öhlins brand uses a single valve that applies pressure evenly, unlike dual shock absorbers. This translates to improved handling and stability.

The project includes an XXL sump guard that covers the entire front section, ensuring greater protection by covering the entire front area of the motorcycle chassis, including the radiator.

On the other hand, the front fork Öhlins FKR 200 Custom 48 Blackline, originally designed for the Ducati Diavel, incorporates the latest Öhlins NIX technology and a fully separate hydraulic compression and extension system, with compression in one tube and extension in the other. This fork not only enhances the appearance but also provides performance improvements in tire feedback, braking, and overall handling.

We have included one of our essentials, the Motogadget speedometer, for a cleaner and more minimalist finish. Incorporating other Motogadget components, such as the ECU and the front and rear turn signals is also worth noting.

At Tamarit, we always seek the best optimization of the electronics in our motorcycles, and the ECUs function as the brain of the motorcycles. That's why we include the Motogadget ECU in our projects, which is the most comprehensive on the market. Thanks to its functions and the app, the motorcycle can be fully monitored through your smartphone.

In this project, a chrome-plating process has been carried out on the metal parts of the motorcycle. It is a chemical process that leaves our motorcycle parts shiny like a mirror. Chrome-plating, nickel-plating, or brass-plating a piece requires hundreds of hours of manual and craftsmanship work.

This process sets us apart and positions us as a premium motorcycle brand. The technique aims not only to improve aesthetics but also to increase resistance to oxidation and corrosion.
