This model was very popular at the time not only for its performance and design, but also for its iconic appearance in the movie “The Great Escape”. This motorcycle was part of what many people consider the best motorcycle stunt in history performed by Bud Ekins, stunt double for Steve McQueen.

With only a year since the launch of this motorcycle, the Scrambler 2007 has similar specs as the previous year’s model. This Scrambler also has an off-road styling and the great performance of an 865cc parallel twin air-cooled engine, in line with motorcycles of yesterday. The 2007 Triumph Scrambler has a dry weight of 451 lbs., an overall length of 87.1 in., and a seat height of 32.5 in.

Following the lines of the TR6 Trophy, the Scrambler has a very recognizable look. This motorcycle has twin exhausts with crossover exhaust headers placed high on the side of the motorcycle, mixed tires, wide handlebar, high seat, and long travel suspension.

The Triumph Scrambler 2007 keeps the elegant dual-tone design, but as an update from the previous model, adds a wider scheme of colors: Caspian Blue and White, Tornado Red, and White, or Green and Aluminum Silver.
