The 2022 Street Twin

Capable and stylish

The 2022 Triumph Street Twin has a retro look, a simple design, and minimalist approach regarding added elements and accessories. The fact that this motorcycle is the most affordable model of the modern classic series does not mean it is less capable or stylish, the 2022 model has a 900cc HT Bonneville engine, updated to be more efficient and cleaner for the environment. Some other new specs of this motorcycle include Brembo 4-piston front brake, cartridge forks and twin rear suspension, new cast wheels, a new side panel design, bench seat, and aluminum headlight brackets. The 2022 Street Twin has two riding modes, USB charger, LED lights, ABS, and traction control.

This motorcycle has a claimed wet weight of 476 lb., an overall height of 43.7 in., and a low seat height of 30.1 in. The simple design of the “standard” model is available in Matte Ironstone, Jet Black, and Cobalt Blue.

Since its presentation in 2016, this motorcycle has been described as the perfect motorcycle to customize thanks to its minimal elements and simple silhouette.

The Triumph Street Twin 2022 Special editions

Designs that tell stories

The Triumph Street Twin 2022 comes with two special editions, the Gold Line and the EC1 Special Edition. Both share the same specs as the “standard” model but have a completely different design. The Gold line, truthful to its name, is available in Matt Sapphire Black with a detailed hand painted gold line on the tank, wheels, and side covers. On the other hand, the EC1 has a monochromatic design in Matt Silver Ice and Matt Aluminium Silver and is named as a code area in celebration of the motorcycle scene in London’s East End district. Both special editions show us how it’s possible to tell completely different stories with only a change in the color scheme of the motorcycle.
