Triumph Thruxton 2009

The Triumph Thruxton 2009 is a Cafe Racer with a modern performance made by the British manufacturer, Triumph bikes. The first model was launched in 2004 and was named after the racetrack located in Hampshire, England, where the British brand won all three first places in 1969.

Before the major modifications this model underwent in 2016, the first generation combined the classic style of the motorcycles from the 60s with the comfort of modern technology, these are the main characteristics of the 2009 Triumph Thruxton models.

The Thruxton 2009 combines its classic looks with a great performance, with an 865cc air-cooled parallel twin engine and what at first looks like an old-fashion carburetor, but in reality, is an electronic fuel injection system.

The Triumph Thruxton 2009 is a pure cafe racer from the analog instruments to the classy monochromatic design with a colored stripe that goes from the top of the fuel tank to the rear fairing, available in Tornado Red and White, Jet Black and Gold, or in Aluminum Silver and Red

The Thruxton SE has similar specs as the previous model and also shares the Cafe Racer style, however, it is very easy to tell these motorcycles apart with only a glance.

The design of the Thruxton SE from 2009 is outstanding in its simplicity that manages to be eye-catching only by the chosen colors. The completely red frame clashes with the Crystal White of the bodywork. A matching red stripe crosses the motorcycle from the top of the fuel tank to the end of the rear fairing. The rest of the elements of the motorcycle are left in black or chrome to complete the look.

The Thruxton 2009 has a very recognizable look and silhouette, but the minimalistic approach in the style and accessories make it a great motorcycle for customization.
